Benefit for Jarvis Hill
Son of Glennda Hill
3630 Harry Hines Blvd Dallas, TX 75219
I have often said that we are all on this great earth to help each other get through life. The North Texas Jazz Community lives up to this mantra. Friday, March 22, some of the finest jazz musicians in the country will gather at the Sammons Center for the Arts, and fill the Center with awesome jazz to raise funds for a member of their community.
Jarvis Hill, son of Glennda Hill, is in need of a heart transplant and these talented men and women are coming together to raise the funds necessary for his surgery. The Sammons Center is donating the venue and the musicians are donating their time, talent and lots of love.
The list of musicians participating in this special event includes: Lincoln Apeland, Shelley Carrol, Ardina Lockhart Colby, Jonathan Fisher, Mike Garvey, Andrew Griffith, Dennis Howard, Aaron Irwinsky, Carolyn Lee Jones, Freddie Jones, Denise Lee, Tatiana “Lady May” Mayfield, Todd Parsnow, Arthur Riddles, Joyce Spencer, and Dave Zoeller.
There is a $5.00 charge to cover valet parking. Free appetizers will be served and guests are invited to bring the beverage of their choice.
You are invited to attend this jazz session filled with love and make a generous donation. Donations can also be made online.
