Silly Question....Just brainstorming....

I still have to approach furniture stores as there are no rental places here in my area....and there are a TONNE of empty houses.....

Has anyone considered or used.....inflatable furniture?   Not left on it's own I mean.... I already have gorgeous neutral slipcovers.....but an inflatable sofa and loveseat, chair.....all covered with slips.....

I know it's common practise to use inflatable beds....which I have.....

I just thought it would be cheap and best of all....LIGHT.....no heavy furniture to lug around.....just bring an electric pump with you...and away you go!!

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!

Thanks!

Natascha- It must be really frustrating to have no rentals available. As far as the inflatable furniture, I would see if you can contact some customers of the website to see if the stuff holds up. I would have two fears, one that it doesn't stay inflated, and the other is that people would try to sit on it, not realizing what it is. There is another option, but I have to find their brochure. I'll post again.

Have you tried to refurbish furniture from Resale shops, it's frustrating, but you'll figure it out.

I have a couple and in a pinch, they work fine.  Slipcovers of course.
