How important are Name Tags?

By
Real Estate Agent with Right Choice Realty 674937

As an example of how important it is to wear your name tag, I frequent the local Credit union to make deposits and a teller who I see fairly regularly saw my Remax Realty Group name tag, Well she also just so happened to be a Buyer. Although she has know me for weeks (she is new to the bank) she was not aware that I am a Realtor. She knows now that I am a full time Real Estate agent and we are putting a deal together for her and her family to purchase a home through my team.

Sometimes just going to the store or bank could be where your next transaction comes from. Wear your name tag and flaunt what you do. Be proud, you help your community more than you think.

And when someone asks how the market is, be positive - you might just get a new client!

Being "ON" all the time is both a good thing and a bad thing. Some times we just want to be normal fokes other days we want to pull business to us. So the question is when is ON on and When does being off not cost. And agents with car magnates drive careful clients are watching

I think the name tag works well...some agents do not and thats ok...the consumer can ask me the question that leads to a listing...then to a sale...etc

My name tag is sitting in the jewelry box and does not get worn very often. You inspired me! It will be on my jacket tomorrow morning. You never know when you'll meet your next client.

Just ordered a new name tag.  No one in my office uses these but from past experience I have found them to be useful.  Can't wait to start trying it out.

I need to wear them more.  I get great comments when I wear my tag.  My partners do all the time and are better because of it......
