Co-Marketing Partnership?

Does anyone have any experience with forging a relationship with another brokerage to help co-market properties? I"m working a deal now with a firm that specializes in commercial only. We're trying to work it out so I will help them market their properties here (they don't have an office in town or access to our MLS yet do get some commercial listings) and in exchange they will add my listings to their website and help me attract buyers to my commercial stuff.

Sure, co-brokes are routinely done. Just be sure to agree on the commission split in advance.
