One thing I hear on a daily basis is "I didn't know that!" The more information we can give to our clients the more informed they become to make an intelligent decision. Every single customer that I service is told what they can do and what the need to stop doing to improved there credit report. Things that some people think are nothing have a huge impact on the credit report. Some things I can help with and some things I can not even dispute. Try as I may I can not find my magic wand to wave away all the bad credit from there past. We can help with a large portion of the derogatory information but in some cases it is just beyond our scope of work.
I guess what I am saying is educating our customers gives us a much better chance of closing a deal and keeping a customer for life. I know that referrals drive my business and I am sure it is a good part of yours as well. Everyone have a great week!
