A short Story about Tom.

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

This is a short story about Tom.

Tom was a young 20 something.  Good job, wife and 3 great kids.

Like most 20 something's, Tom was invincible.

He had a desk job and the in town home gave him a lot of time to watch the tube.

Tom's greatest workout was using the remote for the TV when games were on multiple channels.

Potato chips, beef sticks and all kinds of fatty foods were his norm.

But he was young and although his wife pleaded with him to get a checkup, he wasn't over weight and he was Young.

End of story.  Tom passed away of coronary heart disease at just under 30.

The question here is...

Do you want a short story of your life, or Have a Novel written instead.

The choice is yours!

You don't need to look like this, but many issues are unseen.  Take care of yourself.

William this is a great reminder that we all need to focus on our health and physical well being.  I've seen many families torn apart by real life "Tom's".  Maintaining good health is a requirement  for anyone with a family.

I know this is a story about health but does Tom (pictured) have a brother?

As I grow older it becomes seemingly harder to do, but all the more important to maintain healthy habits and exercise. My kids are a great motivator without them even knowing it

Bill, so very true.  We must take care of ourselves, if not for ourselves for our loved ones.

Taking care of our health is very important.  We just can't assume because one is young that they are healthy
