I usually hold an open house for my listing. I had a listing in a development where there were several homes for sale. I had 2 listings in there. I held them both open on the same day for an hour each . One from 1 to 2.30 and another from 2.30 to 4. The seller waited for me to get to the second open house. I also had a list of other homes for sale and had asked the agents if any could be shown on short notice. I managed to show two other homes to buyers.
I plan on holding two open houses on the same day and also showing other homes in the development where possible .
Buyers have started looking at homes and this way we can find more buyers as well as satisfy our sellers.
