TIME?      6:30 pm

WHERE?   The Intracoastal from Boynton Inlet south to the C-15 Canal in Delray Beach

The parade will begin at the Boynton Inlet at 6:30 pm and head south past the Linton bridge to the C-15 Canal in Delray Beach.

CONTACT?  Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency   561-742-6246

WHERE TO WATCH?  Any public area along the Intracoastal !  Veteran’s Park at Atlantic Avenue and the Intracoastal is an excellent area!

NOTE:  Beginning at about 7 pm to 8 pm, the George Bush Boulevard, Atlantic Avenue, and Linton bridges will remain up at times to accommodate the boats in the parade.  Foot and vehicle traffic will be delayed during this period.

The Delray Downtown Trolley will experience delays due to the bridge openings.

If you’ve never seen the Delray/Boynton Beach Holiday Boat Parade, you will love seeing all of the many decorated boats, from the 2 man rowboat with lights, to the sailboat armed with “toy” soldiers and a real cannon to the large decorated yachts with traveling parties aboard!

Kathy, the holiday boat parade should be an awesome sight.  Everyone loves a parade, but a boat parade would be the best of all.

Kathy, I love going to our local boat parade.  Not only are the boats awesome to look at...dinner at the Crab Shack on the river is a bonus too. :-)

Everyone on the coast has boat parades including us.  We really enjoy the creativity of people, and I am sure yours will be very creative also. A

Bobbie- I remember the first year I was here, I just couldn't get into the Christmas spirit when it was so warm. But seeing the boat parade made up for it.

Joanna- it is so much fun!  People who live on the Intracoastal have parties just to watch the parade.

Barbara- my favorite has always been the big sail boat with "real" toy soldiers and a cannon that fires every so often.

Noah- we used to take our boat out and anchor to watch the parade.  Lots of fun!

Jill- the big one is the one in Ft Lauderdale.  I've been to thatand it is not to be believed.

BARFF- we actually had cool weather once so we had thermoses of hot chocolate and the other stuff.

Scott- we went onceand it was huge!!!

Sheila- it's always fun to go, and Boca has one as well.

Michael- now that I could handle easily.

Anna- Used to go every year... have to see about this year. So much to do.

Kristin- don't you love all of the activities this time of year.

Jared and Amanda- Snow??? oh that stuff!

Ron and Alexandra- There usually is one small rowboat with lights.  Gotta love 'em.

Jeffrey- Come on down.  The Delray parade (on terra firma) is the next night.

Patty- Come on over for it.
