Help you hole......or something like that.

I have been asked about the different values of services offered in our industry. It seems that there are serveral "models" active today. It is hard to point out the difference between full service and fee for service. In many industries, the price is relatively the same. I suppose many people don't realize the personal cost of saving money. Many people don't realize the true cost of a discounted service. There is much more to cost than just the dollar value afixed to the service. Sometimes you have to step back and say....do I really want to do that? With that in mind, I offer..HELP YOU HOLE.

Very clever.  Very clever indeed.  Clean, not too much verbiage and just long enough to get the message out.

John,

That is a great little presentation you have there, it needs to be dropped on all the FSBO's in your area.

Take care!

Lenn took my word - clever, indeed!  There certainly is more to selling a home than digging a hole, John, and your consumers are in great hands.

Your point is well illustrated, John.  a full service agent offers so much more than a sign and best wishes.  Experience, expertise in negotiations, knowledge of the market...................etc!

I bookmarked Brad's blog about the power point presentation.  I think keeping it short like this one is a good idea.

This is nice. I thought that it was a very nice presentation. Like someone said, selling a house is more than digging a hole. Only if home owners had a clue what we do,then wouldn't even think yet alone attempt to try and sell the house by themselves. Great post.
