Do You Have A Car Wrap?

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Vanguard -

Do You have a car wrap to market your business? Do you think it was worth it and was it a good investment? There are only a few in town and I admit they are kind of wild but they do get your attention. Do you think it would help or hurt your image as a Realtor? Here's an example of one I found on AR. It belongs to Pat Hallesy. Pat's Scion wrap

Betty, they do look "so cool". But, I would be very sure that you will not be undergoing a business change and that no one else using the company name has created ill will. Make double sure that you are insured well because it fairly shouts -"I have money:-)".

Another good person to ask about this is member/broker, Damion Flynn.

Steve, love your RE/MAX car wrap!

We are also interested in hearing if they are helping your business. Let's hope that we hear from those that have one and what they are experiencing.

HI Betty,

I just bought myself a new PT Cruiser last week with the intention of getting it wrapped.  I'm still a little bit apprehensive about doing it though. I will definitely keep an eye on this to see what people that have done it think.  I have heard some negative things about wraps, but I think they were all from people that have not done it.

Check out this blog to see someone that I think did it right. Very tastefully done.

I'm looking forward to hearing what everyone has to say.  What are you planning on doing?

Thanks for the comments everyone. I haven't taken the plunge yet. Trying to decide if it looks professional or cheesy!

Hi Betty,

I think it can go either way.  Some look real cheesy in my opinion.  Some look pretty good.  One thing it will do is get you noticed, and probably make you a better driver. You definitely have to be the courteous driver if you are out there in your rolling advertisement.

I have my vehicle wrapped, and it is the best investment I've ever made in my business.  You can see mine at the following websites.

People laugh all the time because my FJ cruiser has my face on it, and it advertises my real estate business....but I say, let them keep laughing!!!

Car wrapping cannot be transformed in a business. Investing in this business will not be profitable. Car wrapping is nota world wide business and not in the form. It has been spread to some areas and people are mad about car wrapping. It gives your car a cool new look. It has become an hobbie for youngsters and most of the youngsters prefer this to their car.
