Absorption Rates -- Easy Spreadsheet

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA Herman Group Real Estate

As a Colorado Springs Realtor I've developed an Excel spreadsheet that I use to help me put together absorption rates.   I fill in the numbers in the red font, and then the spreadsheet calculates the rest.   If anyone would like a copy of the Excel spreadsheet with the formulas, email me and I'll send it to you as an attachment.

Great presentation on this subject.

I use local absorption rate statistics with both my buyers and sellers.  It refelcts on my personal uderstanding of local market conditions.
