Having a mortgage partner to keep me motivated is a great benefit to my business. Karen Bartholomewand I keep each other  at the top of our game by relying on each. Speaking of teamwork! We've even incorporated our children. Karen's 19 & 14 year old kids, Kayla & Konner along with my kids; 16 & 14 year old Kayla & Connor (yes, it get's confusing) meet every Thursday to deliver The Weekender to the residents of The Oaks in Livermore. We make our neighborhood marketing fun by pulling our energy together. Every realtor should have their own Karen Bartholomew and team!

Rhonda, I agree wholeheartedly. I work with a great mortgage partner and it really is a benefit. Even though he's my "go to guy" - I still give my buyers 2 other lenders' names as well and let them make the decision. Luckily, they almost always work with him.

Thanks for your comment Chrissy. Karen and I absolutely work with other professionals and we are very open with each other about it. We realize that clients need choices. They are ultimately the ones making the decision. Since the business or real estate is in large part the business of relationships, we are both aware that my personality won't always fit everyone of her clients and her personality like-wise will not always fit my clients' personalities. For that reason, I do have at least three other lenders that are at the top of their game as well that my clients can interview and make their own decision.

Although this is my Pleasanton Real Estate Blog, my specialty areas are the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas located in the Bay Area. This platform allows me to share my insights into what the Pleasanton Real Estate Market is offering.
