This question has been asked a lot lately considering the rental market. We wanted to address this question with a free tool.

We just launched a free average rental tool on our home page that will show average rent for virtually every city in the United States.

We are also offering this tool for free to any website that would like to share this information. You can get the tool here.

That's a cool tool... I don't do much with rentals but it'd be a great way to compare rental versus owning.
