SEDONA
Picture Perfect! Four mild seasons, arts, tours, hiking, services. Voted #1 Most Beautiful Places in America and top 100 Second-Home Markets. All about reflection, recreation and taking time out from the hectic world. Only two hours outside of Phoenix/Scottsdale...fall in love with the red rocks, blue skies, wide-open spaces and slower pace of paradise. Small town charm with custom homes and awe-inspiring red rock views. Venture 15 - 30 minutes outside city limits to vineyards, ranches, creek-front property and rural charm...such as;

PAGE SPRINGS
Relaxing, giant oak trees, sycamores, life on Oak Creek with creekside trails, fly-fishing, a simpler life. The epicenter for winemaking, with vineyards offering tours and tastings.

CORNVILLE
Small town feel with horses, ranches and livestock and red rocks looming in the distance. Plan a picnic at Windmill Park or gourmet dinner at Manzanita Inn.

COTTONWOOD
Tucked into the foothills of the Black Mountains and hugging the banks of the Verde River. Old Town Cottonwood is charming with upscale restaurants, antique stores and quaint shops. Dead Horse Ranch Park offers camping, swimming and fishing/boating and home to the Birding and Nature Festival.

CLARKDALE
Founded in 1912 this "old-fashioned" town atmosphere is a hidden treasure. The central park hosts concerts and events as well as the Fourth of July festivities, a 35 year old tradition. Home to historical homes and the Verde Canyon Railroad "a train for all seasons."

CAMP VERDE
Embracing the Old West, Camp Verde is surrounded in pioneer history. Horses and cattle graze the banks of the Verde River and farming is still a family tradition. Annual festivals include the Corn Festival, Crawdad and Pioneer Days Mule Show and Pioneer Days and Fort Verde Days. Home of the Verde State Historic Park, a must-see for military enthusiasts.
