Idaho postcardIdaho has grabbed 4 spots in the Housing Predictor's Top 25 Appreciating US Markets for 2008!  Sun Valley shines at #5, Idaho Falls comes in at #11, Kellogg comes in at # 19, and Boise takes the #20 spot!  These 4 Idaho cities were picked out of 250 local Real Estate Markets with the greatest forecasted appreciation for 2008.  The 2007 Housing Predictor's forecasts were 86% correct.

The top markets for 2008 were scattered all over the U.S., and no particular region dominated the charts.  Many smaller population markets made the forecast, showing a strong trend developing in the U.S.  More and more people are moving to smaller communities in search of a higher quality of life.

Idaho's rapidly growing economy has made it one of the Shining Stars of the national Real Estate scene.  Idaho's reputation for a high quality of life and a business friendly environment, has prompted much recognition from national sources.  Many recognize that Idaho has a lot to offer, including USA Today, and Forbes Magazinedollar sign

The booming growth of the last five years has slowed, and the number of new construction homes has decreased.  What does this mean for you?  There are many great bargains in the Idaho Real Estate market, with the potential for gains in the near future!

See what all the BUZZ is about!  I am your Idaho Real Estate Professional and would love to help you find a home or investment property in Idaho.  Visit my website to find Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Eagle home for sale, market reports, short sales and more.

Eugene  Thanks for visiting.  Yes, things have been good in Idaho, and getting better all the time!

Joey  Thanks for commenting!  If you visited the site mentioned in the above post, you can also find the WORST 25 and Cali has gotten 8 of the top 25 in that category!  Sorry!  Just be thankful that you aren't in Lost Wages Las Vegas who "wins" the #1 spot!  ; )

I think the big picture will become more clear toward the end of the year. We have a few pieces of the puzzle that could determine what comes next.
