If you're in the market for a new home, and don't want the bother of taking care of a full-sized yard, these Frisco Patio homes may be just what you have been looking for.

Ranging in size from the mid-teens to near 3,000 sq ft, these impressive and oh-so-energy-efficient homes are just packed with all the custom features that some many of today's buyers are looking for.

If you are a career single working near the Dallas North Tollway or in or near the Stonebriar Complex, this location works about as well as any we have seen.

If you are ready to go from "Just Browsing" to "Let's Get Serious..." call the Frisco/McKinney New Homes Hotline at (972) 951-4350... and arrange for your very own personal tour.

Visit this home and many others at www.NewHomeHuntersDFW.com .

That is a really cute looking house. Love the exterior. Has sort of an English look to it.

Jan:  Yes, seriously, it is an adorable home.  The prices here are much more reasonable than in many parts of the country, although not much oceanfront property here.  Thanks for your kind words...

By the way... when would you like me to show it to you ?  Do you have a time and date in mind ?  My office phone number is (817) 929-3400

How about giving us the ACTUAL location of these homes so that we can look at it online or decide if that is really the right place for us?  Why does everything have to be "Call me" or "sign up", maybe we don't want to talk with you or waste our time if it is not the right place.  You would get more business by actually allowing people to see the information vs trying to force them into your services.  I know if I can't see it or research it online, I'm not interested.  And I definitely am not interested in being forced to deal with someone I have no interest in.

Good luck selling anything.

Stephanie:  Thank you so much for your kind and considerate comment.  You seem to have a very "caring" way about you... which I am sure has served you well in life.  And, good luck to you, as well.  Take care...
