I have a prospect looking to buy a property sold on the courthouse steps.  What would be my role as a real estate agent, if any?

Gail - I do not see any defined role for a Realtor. I think you can use it as a relationship building tool, and forge that relationship so when they decide to sell, they all you, but that's about the extent of it, from what I can see.
