A few weeks ago we went to Benihana's with several friends for dinner. Benihana's is a restaurant with Japanese food as their 'claim to fame'....my husband would never go before because he 'does not like sushi' even though he has never tried it. But he wasn't about to turn down an evening out with great friends and besides someone else was picking up the tab! What a hoot we had! No sushi either! Howard had steak and salmon, I had filet mignon and scallops. Everyone ordered something different and we all tasted each others. Benihana's in Las Vegas is located in the Hilton (home to Star Trek Experience and Barry Manilow) on Paradise Road (just off the strip).
At Benihana's they cook and serve your meal right at your table...each table has their own personal chef. It's cool to watch them prepare the food right in front of you! For a great evening out while visiting Las Vegas if you have some extra $$$$ try Star Trek: The Experience in the afternoon, Benihana's for dinner and then Barry Manilow's late show...it will be a day you will never forget!
