Nothing like Video to Sell a Community

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

There is more to www.youtube.com than putting videos on your sites and blogs about yourself or your properties.  Why not sell the community?  Why would someone want to live in your area?  You may bring in more people to the community than your local chamber, so... Why not work with your chamber and help them promote the community.  Get permissison to use their resources and videos.

Nearly all the sites now created by www.my-mlsonline.com have video integration with youtube, google, metacafe, and more. There are example sites on the home page that show how the videos are displayed.  Quite unique from other real estate sites.

Adding and removing videos by you is really easy with the control panel in the system administration.  You simply copy and paste the info into the form and you are done.  The system will do the rest for you, and link up your vid from major video hosting services and put them on your site

Vids like this I uploaded to youtube.com with permission from the Twin Falls Chamber.  www.twinfallschamber.com

Actual vids below.

Brian this looks great. I know video is going to be huge for our business. I know I need to spend more time developing something like this myself.

Maybe I'm just a grouch, but I honestly don't see why everybody is hyped on the video thing on websites...I love youtube, but have my doubts about this lasting....that said, that is a cool video.
