RE/MAX vs. KELLER WILLIAMS

By
Real Estate Agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty - Naperville

So it looks like this is my decision.

RE/MAX vs. KELLER WILLIAMS

After a somewhat in debth search for my next office, these are the two the seem to match my needs the most.

They are very similar from a business standpoint.

Both give the agents lots of independence.  Both have a very high payout schedule for the agent.

RE/MAX has a much bigger name.  A cool contact management system.  Very business like.  Cool client searches.  Email with face and contact info.  Familiar.  I already own the signs.  Great office.  A big monthly bill.  Pressure to perform.

Keller Williams is growing.  No pressure.  Friendly, warm feeling.  Less name recognition.  Very nice broker/manager.  Great "culture".

I have gotten some great feedback from many agents and would love some more.

Thanks,

Ken

Hey Ken...  I evaluate a company by thinking about what's in it for the customers.  Who has better tools, resources, etc... for the customer.

You will make the right decision for you...  Looking forward to your next step.

Ken go with your gut....Keller Williams has it's own University with tons of info to learn just about anything you can think of.Keller Williams is growing at a very fast pace compared to many other franchises.

Most importantly Keller Williams has a culture that starts at the top and goes all the way down that no one else can compete with...not to mention the opportunity to profit share...How much did the Remax agents get in their last profit share check from REMAX? The answer is ZERO.

Do you want to advertise YOUR business or the franchise's name and numbers? Keller Williams lets you advertise your phone number.

Don't get me wrong ReMax is a good company...it is quite interesting though, how many Keller Williams agents came from ReMax....quite a few.....There must be a reason for that?

Go with our gut and if you have any questions at all call me and I will be happy to talk with you about the best move that I have ever made in Real Estate!

Don't go to KW just for the profit sharing...yes there are some office that don't profit enough to pay out but go where you feel the most comfortable.

I can tell you one thing...once you hear Gary Keller and Dave Jenks talk you will realize that these guys are not only very intelligent but also very "Down to earth". It starts at the top and goes all the way down....It's the "Culture" that the other companies just can't compete with....That's the real secret.

Hi Rick.  Thanks so much for stopping by and the great comment.

KW agents are very passionate.  RE/MAX is still comfy (plus I have the signs and shirts!).

Remax has been the creme of the crop. What do you get when you take the creme of the crop and improve it? That equals Exit Reatly. Steve Morris came from Remax and he thought how could you ever do better than 100%? And that is how Exit Realty was born. Tami Bonell the President for Exit Realty International USA came from Remax with a sales record that still blows your socks off, Bill Nasby also formerly with Remax was in the top 100 agents in the world, Alex Szinegh also formerly with Remax selling over 100 homes a year consistently throughout north america and the list goes on and on. That's why I chose to buy an Exit Franchise and build my real estate business using this team of excellent professionals and a system that is unique and provides the highest standard our industry has to offer. Our digital marketing strategy is like no other, we use cutting edge leading technology and train our agents how to use it to market their listings for sale.

I agree that both KW and Remax are great companies, but as far as excellent companies go, Exit Realty is a cut above all the rest and this is why it's the fastest growing real estate company in history. What it took Remax 17 years to accomplish we did in 365 days.......  The rest is history in the making! Check us out at www.ExitRealty.com check out our world class training and our channel 10-7-5 you'll be glad you did!

Oh by the way, did you know last year the #1 ERA Real Estate Agent in the world joined Exit Realty? Vince Arcuri is part of the Exit Team check out his website www.headofrealestate.com and check out how many news stations continuously call on him to get expert real estate advice!

Yes feel free to contact me with any questions
