Suprised by a BPO!

By
Real Estate Agent with 360 Realty 239529

Hi All!  Okay, so I do at least 50-100 BPO's a month (Broker Price Opinions for the banks that are taking possesion of Foreclosure properties).  Well, today I got a suprise and a half!  They send me out armed with my camera and a lockbox code, and no info other than that!  Pictured below is what I found!

Well, and then there was...

So needless to say it was the most interesting BPO of my day!  Wonder what tomorrow will bring!

Only time will tell, Tracey.  Add mobile home foreclosures to BPOs and there will always be a surprise or two in the making.

Yikes!  No really it just needs a little touch up paint and some new carpet!  :-)

Be curious to know how that one turns out.

It was stinky and gross, and dark and spooky.  I had to take a photo, look at it from the flash on my digital camera, and then walk forward so I would not trip.  In one of the rooms, I was not even sure if there was a floor!  And as far as mobile homes go...I do those too.  One was actually falling over when we took photos.

50-100 BPO's a month?  That's a blog waiting to happen.  How are you getting that many of them and what companies do you recommend to sign up with? I'd love more info.
