the ® ™ police have nailed me already

By
Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Garner Properties

Am I just lucky or what? It's been 4 days and my new outside blog must be working great because the

® TM  police have already nailed my blog.

http://DougGarner.com.

From the screen shot below, is there any way to make the letters upper and lower case? I need it to read CENTURY 21 Garner Properties. (upper and lower case) I also need to figure out a way to get the disclaimer to appear on the bottom of each page. Any ideas on how to make that happen? I guess I could put all that stuff in a custom header, but that would not be aesthetically pleasing.

Thanks everyone, in advance for any help you can provide.

Worse case scenerio make your Company name into a jpg file and then place it as a footer, or somewhere else on the page.  Don't know much about these outside blogs yet, sorry.

Jeremy: Thanks, I didn't expect this would be an easy fix. Thanks for starting the group. I'm looking forward to the development of "outside" blogs.

Kathy: I have the company logo (proper) in the header and it will be legal after I do a header resize. But I can't have the company name appearing in ALL CAPS like the example. I do also need a footer, or make it appear on every page,  to be able to place the © disclaimer.

Did you know? ( I didn't until recently) that the word REALTOR® must appear in all caps the first time it is used on a web page, or section. It should NOT appear in all caps for additional uses on the page or section. i.e. Realtor®, according to the ® police ;-)

Hmm, this is news to me but good to know. Thanks for the info Doug
