Down the Ladder He Came with a Bound…

By
Home Inspector with Complete Home Inspections, Inc. TN# 050

Unlike the as in the famous poem, The Night Before Christmas, sometimes the prancing and pawing that you hear above your head is not the little, fat, jolly, present leaving elf and his 8 tiny reindeer that we love to have visit us every year. More often than not, it is the overweight, grumpy home inspector trying to squeeze through an attic scuttle hole two sizes too small…

I can’t say that we always bring presents, good tidings and cheer, but we are fun to get a good laugh out of occasionally…

Large enough for excellent service...

Small enough to care...

Have you joined my birthday alarm? It is fast painless and the best part of all, you will be helping me out.

Because I need your help, subscribe to my blog.

hhhhmmm, that looks like a bummer. Sure would suck if you got stuck in the attic....in summer.

Oh, the memories this post has brought back! How about a home inspector getting stuck coming back up from the crawl space? Opening to crawl in the pantry. A little tight going down but much tighter coming back up! The things you guys do for money!

It looks like that could be a bear of a place to get stuck and I wouldn't envy you at all.

Michael,

Do I see a weight loss program in the offing!! Was the limited access intended to keep folks like you out of that area? Just a thought!

100 degree day. Hot and humid. And stuck in an attic. Not priceless.

I've had inspectors get stuck on a roof and in a crawl space. Never a dull moment!
