Where do buyers come from!

Ever Wonder, Where Buyers Come From?
How do the buyers learn that your home is for sale. When you employ me I have many tools available to me to market your home. Some of the tools are more efficient than others.
Traditionally
In Order, from least efficient to most.
1. Home Book Advertising 2%
2. Open House 3% Video Link
3. Builder 3%
4. Knew the Seller 4%
5. Newspaper Ad 6%
5. Friend/Neighbor/Relatives 8%
6. Other 11%
7. Yard Sign 15%
8. Real Estate Associate 48%

However, Times are Changing.
These days over 80% of home buyers begin their search on the internet. Almost half of them go to Realtor.com. Homes offering virtual tours are viewed 7-8 times more than homes viewed without virtual tours. All of my listings have virtual tours and an enhanced presence on Realtor.com. Over half of all of the Tulsa area listings on Realtor.com are Coldwell Banker Listings. Open houses are now virtual. Your home is held open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Of course, we'll always offer the personal touch and traditional open houses are a great way to meet new folks. kensellshomes@aol.com KenSellsHomes http://www.greatertulsahomesales.com
