The Montgomery County Revenue Authority has proposed changes to the Sligo Creek Golf Course. They want to add a lighted tiered driving range and a minature golf course ( but not a "tacky" or "carnival" type course) The neighboring community is NOT Happy about the changes and has rejected the planned changes. Read the Washington Post Article from last week. A noted Silver Spring Blogger and long time resident of Silver Spring has a different view about the minature golf course, read his article HERE.
