This report is on... area 74 (Dover Rd to Dotsonville Rd):
South and boarders Ft. Campbell; a 10 to 15 minute drive to Ft. Campbell.
Advantages: Homes available in subdivisions and acreage, close to shopping, more home for the money.
Disadvantages: Longer distance to Nashville & I-24.
This area is on the edge of Clarksville & Woodlawn. Homes in this area are located close to Ft. Campbell, shopping, schools and about 20 minutes to the Mall area. You will find starter homes, larger family homes and some homes with 5 to 10 acres. Normally you will get more home for you money than in some of the other areas. Many of these homes are on city water & sewer but you will find a few on septic tanks; be sure to ask. There is a good selection of rentals both single-family homes & apartments.
