Live your life like there is no tomorrow

Do you ever get the feeling you are living from day to day and nothing ever changes???Are you bored and just don't know why you do what ever it is you are doing??? Well that is because you are just existing and going through the motions and not living life to the fullest... Sometimes you just have to F.A.R.T.

That's right I said it F.A.R.T.

Fall Back And Re-Think

Take a look at your life (and your business), see if you are on the right road. We all get so busy and forget to take stock in ourselves. Take a step back and rethink your life and direction. Most times you will find just making little changes once in a while will be very helpful.

Take a minute and think of how you can help your life and just the littlest of changes you can make to improve your life... Then take a second and share it with us (unless it is too private). You don't have to write a book, but write a short paragraph and make a commitment to yourself, before you get committed.

I like my life the way it is...eventually I would like like to venture out with my own company, but other than that I love my career and wouldn't change anything.

In the office late tonight, should be completing MSRs but my head hurt so I was goofing around in Active Rain and found you.  Well, it is good to hear your viewpoint again.  I had to comment on the blog that had fart in it.  Just seemed the most fitting.

Kind of on the cusp right now, myself.  I carry a small book of REOs and  have worked the last two years to build a system that could easily market, negotiate and list high volumes of REOs.  I have been so lucky, I love my two current accounts.  They are responsive, understand the market and trust me.  It has actually been a very rewarding process.  I am worried that, if I attempt to branch out, I might find other banks more difficult to work with than the two that I currently adore.

I love my asset managers and want to keep my relationships strong and while I can handle a lot more listings, I wonder if I will be as lucky with asset managers at other institutions.

Missed you at NFSTI when I was in Henderson last week.  Should have made you cook dinner.  Keep up the blogging.  P
