Does anyone have a Questionnaire for buyers and sellers

Questionnaire for buyers and sellers

As I am about ready to send out another letter to a buyer from a successful closing - I will await a response from them.  I notice that when I do this, quite often I receive no response at all even though they verbally say they will provide a recommendation to me and just haven't had time, ect....  So my thought is to send out with the referral request a questionaire - my thinking is that if all they have to do is circle some answers to questions it might be able to spin them off to actually write something whether its a nice compliment or even an area of improvement (should it be mentioned :))

Anyway, since I do not have a questionnaire - does anyone out there provide the same service to their clients and if so can you please suggest where I can obtain a series of questions to ask them.  Does anyone have a questionnaire I can use as a guide or can give me ideas of questions to come up with one of my own.

Thanks much for your time :)

PJ, My office sends a questionnaire and when they are returned they come to my mailbox. The beauty of it is that the client thinks it's going to someone besides you (the broker) and they are honest. Sometimes they write nice things I can use in my advertising and sometimes they say something that causes me to take them off my followup list.

Basically it's a little note from the broker, asks for name, phone number, agents name, and yes or no - were you satisfied, treated with courtesy by the company & agent, would you use us again, would you recommend us, how did you find us, any suggestions.

About 40% are returned. My own sister, given the opportunity to say something nice, said "I already knew her." Oh well. good luck with it.

I'd consider adding - Is there anyone you think might like to receive our newsletter, blog report, be contacted by an agent . . .
