10,000 Cash Rewards offered to your clients

I've been wanting to know people's feedback about a program that is suppose to help you obtain leads.  It's called Cash Rewards Inc, www.Cashrewardsinc.com.  Here is how the program works:

How Cash Rewards® works

Cash Rewards is a time-deferred, mail-in reward program that operates much like a rebate. You’ve heard of S&H Green Stamps, Credit Card Points programs, Airline Miles and rebates on consumer electronics and cell phones. Well, the Cash Rewards programs works much the same way, but with a higher payout potential – up to $10,000 in Cash on each transaction.

In order for a Cash Reward to be given, a consumer needs to do business with one of our Cash Rewards members. After the transaction is complete, the Cash Reward recipient will need to follow certain steps as detailed on our web-based certificate issuing system, in order to collect his/her money. It’s that simple.

So, basically if your client buy's or sell's a $500,000 home then he/she would get $10,000 back in 3 years.  What I am wanting to know is how and what type's of leads are coming with this program?  Is it worth it?  Has any of your clients gotten a check from this company?

Any advice would be helpful!

It sounds fishy to me.  I think I would stay away from this one.

I am interested in seeing what other realtors have to say and if they have any experience

with it.

I was supposed to be the recipient of this cash reward after selling a home through a realtor involved with this program.  I was denied the reward.  They said I did not include a copy of  my birth certificate which I certainly did.  I went through the check-off list with two other people to make sure all the requirements were fullfilled.  I made a duplicate copy of the documents I sent in and have a copy of my birth certificate that I KNOW was put in the envelope.  How do you prove something like that?  I called a couple of my realtor's other customers......they were all denied on similar fishy grounds.  Now my realtor has a bunch of pissed off EX-customers!!!!

Sue,

Thank you for your valuable response... I am sure many of us Realtors will make this as a mental note.

This program could be a huge scam. Google the name and the 2nd topic starts with consumers concerned about getting ripped off. Thousand of people are never getting what they have waited years to redeam, and NO information is coming out of the company.
