This Halloween season there is something creepy and wicked lurking down an old country drive.

Standing tall with Erie pride. As you slowly walk closer you can feel watchful ghostly eyes as you approach the SPARTA TENNESSEE HAUNTED BARN!

For a delicious hair raising adventure you must experience the haunted barn. Sponsored by the White county young farmers and ranchers to raise funds for a scholarship and a fund for agricultural disaster relief.  Only $5.00 cover charge. Located at Blackheart Farm - Upper Cumberland Regional Park, Hwy 70/Smithville Hwy, 3 miles west of Sparta. Watch for signs.

Nice blog.  We have a corn maze here that I would like to go check out.  Cost some $$$ though.  The haunted barn sounds like a deal.

Wish I had the time for a little field trip - sounds like too much fun! We have corn mazes and pumpkin patches, but like Tera mentioned, it's a lot more expensive than $5!

We have some Halloween haunted houses that are opened. It helps to know that the proceeds are for a good cause.

Christina,

This sounds like it will be a lot of fun, maybe not for the whole family but I am sure for many it will be.  Of course I won't be there cause I, personally, am not into this kind of stuff.  Gosh, I don't even watch Jaws.  ;-))

I expect to see a lot of John McCain and Sarah Palin costumes this year for couples going out.  Not for me as I am from AZ, but , to many that is very scary

That looks like a lot of fun! I have always wondered about tennessee haunted houses.

I think if you researched them a little they could really help your cause, from what I've found, I  just wish I could see them ... someday.
