The current market can certainly be a challenge. It is a challenge to stay positive in the face of so much negativity:
For example, I am at an Open House and the people come in and ask,
"why are you holding this home open? no one is buying in this market"
Gee, thanks for stopping by today, I was looking forward to your visit. Hey, they can think what they want, but why stop in to tell me their unasked for opinion.
Many agents are also adding to the negativity factor. If all you want to do is whine, consider getting out of the business.
Also, I have been conducting an experiment, I ask AGENTS, why should someone buy a house today? You'd be amazed how many cannot give me one reason.
