Getting in on the property preservation game

By
Real Estate Appraiser with Thomas Horn, Real Estate Appraiser

I'm interested in getting started doing property preservation for REO properties.  Does anyone know if there are any licenses needed or special classes?  Also, who would be the people to talk to ask for business.  Thanks for any help.

There is a company in Texas called "field asset services". The lender's use this company. This company hires local vendors to do the work.
