An open letter to Jason Crouch - I Love You, I Love You, I Love You...

Sound too sentimental coming from someone other than his wife?  Yep.
But I ain't ashamed to admit it!

I love you, Jason Crouch!

I read one of Jason's many featured posts, How I Managed to Receive Leads from ActiveRain, Twitter and Facebook and I wrote a response: An Open Letter to Jason Crouch, What's the Big Deal with Facebook.

Tanya Brown and family! And, I can tell you what the BIG deal with Facebook is!  After losing touch some 18 years ago, I was reunited with one of my best friends from high school (far left in photo).

Doesn't sound like a big deal, right?  Except that she was an exchange student from Australia and is currently in the process of moving to Northern England where her husband is a professional rugby coach.

So, Jason, thank you for posting about Facebook.  If it weren't for your post, I wouldn't have gone to Facebook to find my long-lost friend, Tanya, and her meet her three BEAUTIFUL little girls and her husband, Nathan!

I know this isn't industry related.  I don't care.  Maybe Facebook will pay off professionally sometime down the road.  Right now, I just love living on cloud nine!

Maryellen - I just joined Facebook as well, and have found people from my past that I care about too! I think it's a great network for clients, family and friends. AR is my 2nd networking site and I can tell there's going to have to be a limit on my time scheduled to do this - I'm becoming a little too compulsive about all these good posts!

I, too, have had many people who have known me through the years contact me through my Facebook and MySpace accounts - of which I would not have except for Real Estate 2.0......

on another note....what is there not to love about Jason Crouch?

What a great story Maryellen.  I love happy endings, although it is really just beginning!  Some of the best posts aren't real estate related at all.

Diane- I am, too, allowing my time to slip away while being on AR and Facebook.  Highly addictive!

Jean - "Most" of the time is right!

Julie - I'm glad you agree...

Janna - Thank you

Jason - Thanks for stopping by.  Please tell your wife that I meant that in a purely platonic way, of course!
