Reasons To Buy Now

By
Real Estate Agent with The Fischetti Group/Keller Williams

Since too many agents don't know why now is a great time to rell their buyers to buy let's help them out and share

some ideas:

I'll start:

1. There are plenty of choices out there.

2. The cost of money is still cheap.

3. The loan program available to the buyer today may not be there a couple of months from now.

4. Sellers are competing for YOU the buyer.

5. Concessions, seller concessions, lender concessions all add up to a good opportunity.

6. The rental market is pro-landlord. Great investment time.

7. Monte Hall...... Let's Make A Deal.... great prices.

8. It is a Huge Mark-down Sale.

Looking forward to more.

Thanks for sharing.

Jim

I am not what people are waiting on..... now is a great time to buy.....cheap rates and cheaper homes.....you could make some good money as an investor buying forclosures and doing lease purchases on them or renting them out.....better than the stock market!

Now is a great time to buy and I like your list.  It has a lot of great reasons.  People have to get bored of waiting soon.  October was a busy month but it seems to have slowed down again.  I'm waiting for those buyers to come out of hiding.  There are oodles of great deals out there right now, I want to sell them to someone!

It is a GREAT time to buy! I especially like 4. Sellers are competing for YOU the buyer. If that is not motivating...nothing is. GBU!!

Jim, I have a listing that did not have a wow factor and now my seller is putting an entirely new kitchen with maple and granite.  It really is a great time for the buyers.

If it is not a Sellers Market, it is a Buyers Market. Buyers are just gun shy because of shifting lending laws.

As in all investments - buy low, buy low, buy low............and just think you can actually live in your investment! Also, there is still 100% finanacing for first-timers, great rates for everyone - which means LOWER HOUSE PAYMENTS for the next 30 or so years! The deals are out there!

I love #7 the Monty Hall.... Let's make a deal!  Never heard it put that way before.  I think most of us are preaching all those things you listed, it's just that our message is being lost in all the media doom and gloom.
