East Bay Celebrates Legacy and Commitment in Alamo California

Home Stager with CL Design Services Home Staging

Artful Living Home Tour was a huge success and C. L. Design Services was once again honored to participate by staging the Brinton's Eco-Friendly home in Alamo.

Junior League of Oakland East Bay is an organization of woman committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The association reaches out to women of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate and interest in and commitment to volunteerism.

This year the tour took us into the three spectacular homes in the tranquil town of Alamo as well as one exclusive historical home in Diablo Country Club.   The remarkable collection of art and antiques, distinctive architecture and creative interior design guaranteed a delightful day for all who attended.

The Brinton's built an Eco-Friendly elegant home using recycled sustainable materials. This home is constructed with ICF insulating concrete forms that is three times more efficient than average framing materials, triple insulated windows from Austria and low energy LED lights are installed throughout the home.

Cathy, How beautiful. It just goes to show how beautiful a Eco-friendly home can be. I love the bedroom. Black & white is so classic and you can never go wrong with it. Love it!

The tour homes that I have seen were decorated to the hilt --- that turns me off completely.

This staging job was fantastic.  How many of the rooms did you do?   Was it different stagers for each room?

HI there Virginia!  Glad you are back and playing in the rain again!!!  :)  Four homes on tour and one was over the top!  I staged the main rooms "lightly" as you can see.  This home is GRAND  and GREEN so that is the focus not the staging. I tried to enhance the home. Welcome Home Rental Furniture donated the furniture for me to use for the tour days. One home was not staged the other 2 homes had different designer/stagers.  It was a very fun project and fun event-I've done it three times now.  junior League does great things in our community for underserved children.
