Are you using YouTube? You just went 16:9!

By
Real Estate Broker Owner with Realty Arts

I just popped into Mashable and saw the news that YouTube last night went to a 16:9 video player.

YouTube says that 960 pixels wide will "...better reflect the quality of video..." that we are uploading.

I figure it is a stepping stone to full HD, and I'm looking forward to that.  With $500 camcorders offering excellent HD video, YouTube will have to play along.

Wondering if a commercial-use option will be offered anytime in the near future, since Google is struggling to justify their investment in YouTube??  Easy HD video will be the real estate listing agent's friend, if someone will offer a great platform for delivery.
