  8. Don't through away your healthy habits
  9. Take a breather
  10. Rethink resolutions
  11. Forget about perfections
  12. Seek professional help if you think you might need it

 

Even if you aren't stressed out these are good to just keep in the back of your mind and if worse comes to worse, sit back take a deep breathe and think positive thoughts. Saying affirmations on a daily basic is also very good for you, it not only clears your mind but places you in the state of mind that you can achieve what your desire is.
