That surely is a cute little home. American as Apple pie. The prices are amazing and continue to be even more so when coupled with the new low interest rates that are available. Hard to imagine that these homes at these kind of prices even exist anymore. But they clearly do.

Good job! Your numbers and comparisons are simple and easy to understand. I like the way you explained the tax credit. And of course, your maps that we've come to expect. Oh! And that's a great photo of the house too.

Thanks Katerina.  Prices for homes in this section of Bowie have finally come down, but only for the foreclosures and short sales.  I added the "average" prices this morning.

The Best Spot.  It surely will.  In this market there is a certain inevetibility to more.

Fran.  We intend to take advantage of the "opportunities" for our buyers.

William.  I selected the Cape Cod home in Bowie because of the charm offered.  These homes all have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and when Levitt built them back in the 1960s and 1970s, every home had a fruit tree in the back yard.

Lisa.  Thanks.  From your lips to some home buyers' eyes.

Lenn

Between these incredible prices and the Fed lowering the rate, your phone will be ringing off the hook!  What a welcome relief to home buyers who have been patiently waiting out the best deals!

Good luck and sell well!

Lenn it really is incredible the value offered in so many homes. This should go down as one of the best periods of buying oppotunities in our history. It is not often where you find an interest rate environment like this combined with such a large drop in housing values.

Allison.  Ringing off the hook huh?  I'll be happy if it just rings.  It's Christmas for goodness sake.  But, I'm still sending out a couple of good referrals a day.  Slow but sure
