Favorite Quote of the Week (Les Brown)

By
Real Estate Agent with Metrobrokers/GMAC Real Estate

I was looking for some self help/motivation type material this week, to keep me focus and hungry for real estate (It's so easy to become complacent). Anyways I discovered this awesome video of Les Brown, and in it he said what I thought was the most profound thing I've heard in a loooong time.

Success is something you attract, by the person you become.

Wow!!

In other words, you have to dress, educate yourself, and carry yourself everyday to attract success. The more you act the part of successful person, by the way you communicate, follow up with your customers, your customer service, how efficient you are, and your a professional attitude; clients and customers would be attracted to you and your work ethic.

Loved it!!

I agree, this statement is true and worthy of our attention. While it is simple, it is not easy. Commitment and hard work are necessary to evolve into a person with the magnetism that attracts success. One thing that I like to do every day, whether I'm meeting with clients or not, is to dress professionally and look the part of a Realtor. I write at least 5 thank you notes every day, even if it is to brokers in my office who have taken extra time to help me with something. I try to do little things, no matter how small they seem, to act in a professional manner and carry myself to attract success. It all adds up :)
