Something good always comes out of something bad!

As many of you know, a terrible ice storm hit the midwest a couple of days ago that left thousands without power, (including us). It sounded like a war outside my bedroom window that night.

When I went out the next morning the devastation was everywhere. I took a video and put it on another post along with some pictures of the damage caused by this storm.

I walked down my road armed with my flip video and my blackberry. There were two pictures that I took that were really quite beautiful and reminded me of God's glory and majesty!

Let me know what you think? The quality is not bad for a blackberry curveGod's beauty 2.ice storm

Yes...it is beautiful, and we should look at Nature, simply as itself, more often.

Mike

The pictures are great, I don't think it was that bad in Jackson. Watch out for those melting icicles.

That looks sooo COLD!  But I have to admit there is beauty there.  I saw it this morning over Lake Norman as the sun was rising.  By the way, that phone does take awesome photos.
