Try Rentometer - Free Market Rents in Your Area

By

Rentometer

Tenants and landlords often ask what the market rent is in a given area.

They can easily find the information on this free handy website.*

Type in an address across the country and it will provide an estimate of what approximate comparable rents are.

I have tried it in my area of Brevard County Florida and found it to be pretty accurate.

*Please remember, a Realtor is your best source of the most up to date market info on your local area.

Elaine, Let me know if the figures are accurate for your area.

Hi Kelly, I hope that it works for you.

Hey Miss Mary, You're welcome.  And Realtors are the best source of accurate info (don't you think????).

Rita, Good deal. I hope you're able to use it sometime.

Brenda, Maybe you can use it in the future.

How funny, I actually wrote a post about this a few weeks.  We use this tool everyday to help us determine rents for a given area.  I wasn't sure how well it worked in other cites.  Glad to see that it's fairly accurate in markets other than mine.
