Renegade Seattle Home Inspector Claws His Way To The Top

Probably most of you do not have the same screen view that I have. Far as I can tell, most of us working in the rain pay the most attention to rankings in our own state. Speaking of our own state, mine being Washington, I was looking at the rankings today. Boy, what a big shocker, over to the right I saw a real renegade home inspector. You can see that view right here. You will be surprised at just how young and handsome the guy on the left looks, compared to the curmudgeon on the right. Must be about forty years between those two guys.

Seriously, Charlie Buell, Seattle home inspector, based in Shoreline, writes great posts and he keeps things informative and fun in the rain. I would rate his sense of humor second only to my own.

Charlie is incredibly consistent in his dedication. It sure shows and he writes only quality content. Now that you know, friends of Charlie should congratulate him. Now if he would just quit tormenting yours truly and lose that goofy ghost of a bird that he stubbornly calls Raven!

Check out "This Day In History" -- music and vintage television from the 1950's through the 1980's.  I enjoy writing these articles because they take me back to my days in radio broadcasting. Click on Elvis' gold record, below, to revisit those golden hits of yesteryear.

Charlie,

If Jimmy Q will send the money he promised, Wheat will be on your turntable -- your favorite album I bet -- within six months. Guaranteed. The kid has real talent.

Well, we all can't be as calm and professional looking as the dog.  Play nice.
