I've found that when I search google for "real estate agent Mora Minnesota", I'm only topped by two things. One is GMAC real estate (No problem, I'll overcome that obstacle soon!!!) and the other is homegain. I went online and checked it out, but I was curious if anyone here on AR is familiar with it. It boasts getting so many leads a month, but I don't know how I'd get that many leads considering the area that I'm working. I live in a small town, after all. I also wonder how I'm going to knock them down in the searches. I would think that it would be easy, but I can't imagine that many local agents are using homegain. Most of the agents in Mora are older and have told me over and over "I only use the internet as much as required by my job". I use it to tackle all the internet leads that would come in for Kanabec County that they aren't getting. I'm proud of the fact that I'm the only internet-guru in our roster of local agents.
Anyway, about HomeGain. Do you use it? Let me know what you think! Is it worth it???
