Rely on contractors.

By
Real Estate Agent with Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors

Working with a couple that wanted to turn a porch into a bath. I knew that it could be done but I knew from what they were saying that they needed to have someone else tell them what it all would involve. WOW were they surprised when the contractor went through everything that would be needed for them to do what they had thoughts of doing. The buying public knows what they want, but some have a hard time with what it will all take to get the job done. I'm so glad that I brought in a contractor before we wrote the offer. They may not buy but I would rather have them have the information that they need upfront instead of finding out after the sale that what they thought would just be a easy, would not be easy at all.
