Open House question

By
Real Estate Agent with McKinney Realty of Aiken

It's been raining for the past 2 days and today is only different because they are predicting snow tonight.  Yes, you read that correct, snow in southern South Carolina in March.  Anyway, I scheduled an open house for today but am I doing the seller a service by hosting it today in the rain.

Any insite from other agents would be great.

I wouldn't hold an open house in the rain, just from the stand point of people tracking in all kinds of junk and the clean up that would be involved.
