Investor Marketing Tip - MAIL NEWSLETTERS with valuable local information

Communicating hot topics on real estate to investors lets them know that you’re on top of the news. That's why you should MAIL NEWSLETTERS to clients and prospects, to show them you are a valuable resource that they can come to for their real estate needs. It's also a great way to gain referral business.

In your newsletters, it's important to have local information about the areas you serve. It's a also a good idea to write about upcoming events, your experience at a past event, and to make recommendations about venues that your clients would enjoy.

Once you have content that you can mail out in a newsletter, figure out who you should sent it to! Absentee owners are a great place to start. Being that they own investment property in the area you serve, it's a really good idea to send them information through newsletters.

To learn more about how to market to investors, try the real estate marketing tools, property management software, and other money saving tools from TReXGlobal.com. You can also find out more at our next 25 minute webinar.

Thanks for the post Niman! I am starting up a property management business for vacation rentals on Lake Michigan, and I like the looks of that TRex Global software. I will check it out more, but if anyone else has good software to recommend, and they have been using it for a while, I'd love to hear about it.

Hi Terry, thanks for stopping by! I'm glad you liked the post.

Hi Tim, thank you so much! If anyone else has some good recommendations, I'd love to hear them as well! Everyone should certainly use what works best for them.

It would be great if you could let us know what you thought about our property management software - we are very customer focused, and any feedback that you have on how we can make the product better for you will help drive our product development.

Thanks again!

Thanks for reminding me about absentee owners. A great source of folks who do not necessary need their property.
