Get to know Angie Francis

I am the broker and owner of StepStone Realty, LLC.  I began the brokerage three years ago and it's been a wonderful (and challenging) experience to build a company from the ground up.  The most enjoyable part was molding the brokerage into a company that represents my values and make it into the kind of company that I would want to do business with.

One of the advantages of owning and being a part of a small brokerage is the flexibility it allows to meet clients individual needs.  This is also true for the agents who work under StepStone Realty.  We are able to give each client the individual attention they deserve and each agent is able to carve out a path and game plan that works for them.

I offer a competitive, multi-tiered compensation plan that will give new agents the support they need while allowing experienced agents keep more in their pocket while giving them the freedom to utilize their own proven methods.  Feel free to contact me if you are interested in learning the advantages of being a part of StepStone Realty.

Angie Francis Expertise

I love to work with both buyers and sellers.  I have experience working in all regions of Austin and the surrounding areas from Cedar Park and Round Rock to downtown East Austin all the way south to New Braunfels.  My home office is located in the Kyle/Buda area so I especially enjoy working with buyers and sellers in my own backyard!

I firmly believe that building a good relationship with a client is important to ensuring a happy outcome.  For this reason, I am careful to not overextend myself... if I'm going to take on a client I want to be sure I have the time to give them the service they deserve.
