The buying and selling of real estate is one of the major events of most persons lives. It is often stressful and is usually filled with emotion. Many real estate agents consider selling a home no different from selling a car. Agents are called salespersons with an  emphasis  on getting "the sale." To me,  real estate is a "service profession." My job is to help persons through the stressful time of buying or selling their home. I concentrate on listening , offering advice and providing choices, alternatives and exceptional service. Knowledge, expertise, sensitivity and experience make the difference.

As a student of the Brian Buffini Referral System, I realize that by providing excellent and sensitive service to my clients, they will reciprocate by referring me to their friends and relatives.

 

Service Area and Specialty

My service area includes the towns of Greater Lowell and the Merrimack Valley. My primary market includes Lowell, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Dracut, Billerica, Tyngsboro, Westford, Dunstable, Pepperell, Groton, Wilmington, Andover and Lawrence. 

I specialize in residential property - single family homes, multi-family homes and condominiums. I particularly enjoy helping persons to buy and sell multi-family homes. I am an experienced landlord with property management training which I love to share. The opportunity for wealth building is in owning property with mutiple units.
