Branch Sales Manager of the company’s largest Direct Lending branch located at the corporate headquarters in Columbus, Oh. Duties include-
Collaborate with Vice President of Sales in establishing and regularly adjusting sales strategies and business plan that ensures attainment of company sales goals and branch profitability.
Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process for the loan officer sales position.
Monitor key weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and productivity statistics, make necessary adjustments based on the interpretation of those metrics in order to maintain optimal branch performance and profitability.
Educate and motivate branch members by holding daily/ weekly meetings and presentations that include the areas of sales technique, sales of emerging loan products and the guidelines that govern those products, competitive strategies, and new company initiatives/policies.
Establish and manage effective techniques and programs to coach, appraise, and train sales personnel.
Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with company established code of conduct.
Maintain, monitor, and push a rolling pipeline of 25 million- 40 million in loan volume.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
