I am also very involved with my local community. As a member of the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce, I volunteer my time and talent on the Economic Development Committee helping to promote and facilitate business development in the Highlands Ranch area. I also volunteer in my free time at my children's school and believes heavily on giving back to the community that I service and will make a financial contribution after closing to the non-profit or organization of my client's choice.
During down time, you can find me playing in my yard with my two children or cheering on their various sporting activities (soccer, hockey, lacrosse & basketball). I am also a die-hard Colorado Avalanche fan and also regularly cheer on the University of Denver Pioneers hockey team. I even, in recent years, have strapped on some skates myself and am determined to keep up with my son! During the nicer weather you can find me on many of the local golf courses as well and I really looking forward to teaching my wife, Laura, to play this summer. I also can regularly found when the weather cooperates on many of the trails on my bike or you can find me twice a day walking my dog in nearby parks. We escape to the mountains whenever we can to either ski or hike depending on the season and enjoy the Colorado outdoors to the fullest.
I was born in Denver and have lived in Colorado almost my entire life. I did leave briefly when serving in the United States Air Force and served as an air traffic controller. I returned in 1993 and have lived here since. I lived in Denver most of my years and now have lived in Highlands Ranch since 1995 - in Eastridge from 1995 through 1998 and now in Westridge from 1999 and htat is where I still reside. I love that I have built my Denver real estate business around a place that I really enjoying living in.

Different homes need to be marketed differently. I evaluate what will work best for you property but I am always using multiple methods for each home for sale. I do integrate the latest technology to reach the most amount of Denver home buyers possible and use different forms of online marketing as well, including social media, SEO strategies and real estate business blogging.
Information Is Your Friend
I believe strongly that the real estate consumer (and all consumers for that matter) should be as informed as possible. I strive to provide current up to date information about the Denver real estate market and the areas that I cover in the south Denver suburbs. This includes real estate trends, market reports, neighborhood profiles, local relocation information such as events and activities and even local restaurants. I write and post about the places I enjoy and like - I never once (to date) have accepted payment to write or post about anything, not even a free soda! So, you can feel comfortable that all the places I write about are 100% my true opinions and not a paid advertisement at all. If I ever was to accept any payment of any type whatsoever, I would certainly disclose that.
I carry my camera (or the camera / video on my phone) pretty much all the time and will post Denver area photos often of neighborhoods, activities, parks, trails, the mountains, you name it. If you have never been to Colorado, my goal is that once you have spent some time with me on my blog, you will feel like you are armed with information.
Sometimes this information is nitty gritty, such as real estate contract information, HOA's and the like. But I do try to let me personality shine through, after all - you want to see how I am and if we will be a good fit to work together whether you are a Denver home buyer or seller.
